To start things of I have to say that I've never seen an astronomical clock so this looks rally cool and new to me but I'll put that aside for this critique (or at least I'll try to!)

So first I'll say that I really like to see this in HDR (If it's not HDR it really looks like it). The colors seem punchier then real life but I don't think they're ridiculously saturated like you see in some HDR's. Plus the predominant yellows and blues go great with each other!
Not to mention that you get to see more detail in all of the picture's tones.

The angle and crop you chose is conservative and simple and although this clock could have been shot in a variety of angles and crops this is the one that really let's you see as much of the clock as possible. Not knowing this building I would have also liked a broader view of the whole thing but that would make it harder to see all the detail in the clock so I guess it's a compromise...

With all this said I think you picture could benefit from 2 things:

1 - It's no straight and shows perspective distortion. correcting at least the straightness would improve you photo greatly. The distortion could be maintained to make obvious you were shooting from below the clock's level...

2 - I'd darken the picture a bit more or even better; just the stone wall as it shows a little bit of the distinct HDR glow that I think at least those parts of the picture could do without.

I guess that's all of it!
